We often get asked to place advertisements for sellers of small dinghy sailing boats. These days, Trademe offers a viable alternative for selling on-line. We will continue to operate this facility for your convenience, however you must acknowledge the terms and conditions if you wish to place an advertisement:

Terms and Conditions

1. The Worser Bay Boating Club does not take responsibility for any abuse of contact details that the seller decides to include in the advertisement
2. The Worser Bay Boating Club does not take any part  in the transaction that may occur between a buyer and seller and will not be held responsible for any failure between the parties to transact.
3. The advertiser must be the legal owner of the boat advertised.
4. The Worser Bay Boating Club will not be responsible for any descrepencies between the advertised condition and details and the actual condition and details.
5. The advertiser releases Worser Bay Boating Club from any legal or moral responsibility for the advertisement the advertise places with Worser Bay Boat Club.
6. It is the responsibiilty of the seller to immediately notify the Worser Bay Boating Club of any mistakes made in the advertisement so that Worser Bay Boating Club can correct it as soon as possible. The advertiser cannot hold the Worser Bay Boating Club accountable for accidental mistakes.
7. The advertiser acknowledges that the Web site is run on a voluntary basis by members who volunteer for the task and that the Worser Bay Boating Club cannot guarantee response times with communications.
8. The advertiser will notify the Worser Bay Boating Club webmaster when the boat has sold or been withdrawn from sale as soon as possible.
